The Biologics Analytical Lab in New Jersey, USA has spun out as Crystal Bio, with the vision of becoming the leading dedicated biologics analytical CRO in the USA.

A GMP facility in Toronto is under construction, enabling formulation development and manufacturing services from both Suzhou and Toronto sites.

Established the Biologics Analytical Lab in New Jersey, USA.

Expanded service offerings to include formulation development, manufacturing, and clinical supply services through its fully-owned subsidiary, Crystal Formulation Services (CFS).

Successfully secured $14.5 million in Series B Round funding.

Established a formulation development lab in Toronto, Canada, through its subsidiary, Candoo Pharmatech, thereby extending services to encompass formulation development.

Achieved a significant milestone by raising $10 million in Series A Round funding.

Expanded R&D capabilities significantly, tripling the R&D space and establishing two R&D centers in New Jersery,USA and Suzhou, China respectively, providing solid-state research and pre-formulation services to international customers from both sites.

Founded by Alex Chen, Yanfeng Zhang, and Robert Wenslow in Biobay, Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP), China, with a primary focus on solid-state research and pre-formulation development.

Secured $1.48 Million in Angel Round funding to accelerate growth.
